How to Pre-order?

1. Add to cart desired ala carte or rice meal order/s
2. Add to NOTES FIELD / BOX the Target Delivery Date and Time
3. Check out and send payment via Gcash, BPI or Maya.
4. Send screenshot of proof of payment via our platforms with details below:

We will check the order and send a confirmation to you once order is verified by cook and if desired target delivery date and time is doable.

*All Ala Carte & Rice Meals require at least 1 day Pre-Order depending on the dish. May be dispatched same day IF DOABLE DEPENDING on cook's schedule & available ingredients (for approval)

*Earliest dispatch time is 10:30am onwards and may vary depending on the volume of order (Order & Payment Cut off time: 2pm)

*Curbside pick up is accommodated. 

*Free Delivery & Other Promotions are NOT Applicable for all Cooked Party Trays, Rice Meals & Ala Carte Orders

*Make sure to provide complete & accurate delivery details (Contact person, phone number and pin location of the delivery address).

*STRICTLY NO FULL PAYMENT, NO ORDER CONFIRMATION, NO SLOT RESERVATION. NO CANCELLATION.

*Delivery fee to be checked upon booking and paid to Lalamove/Grab rider upon delivery.

*We recommend arranging pick up on your end for a more accurate pin location and for easier status monitoring. We can also book for you via Lalamove or Grab.

*Priority booking with thermal bag is preferred to avoid double booking of riders (when regular / pooling booking is selected)

*Grab Express is better for courier booking for solo delivery. More expensive though compared to Lalamove Priority.

*If via Lalamove, cheaper but booking is longer and they are allowed to accept two or more bookings. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Is this cooked & ready to eat when delivered?
A: Yes! NOT FROZEN. You just need your spoon / fork and enjoy eating once delivered.

Q: How long will it take to prepare or cook before  dispatch?
A: For confirmed cooked orders doable for SAME DAY delivery, after payment, please allow 2-3 hrs for cooking time. It's best to pre- order (1 day in advance) especially if you have a target delivery time (consider booking time, pick up time, traffic, travel time of rider from pick up to drop off).

Q: Is the cooked menu available daily?
A: Yes, available DAILY FOR PRE-ORDER. Pre order at least 1 day in advance to ensure that order will be dispatched & delivered at your desired time but we MAY BE able to dispatch same day IF DOABLE  depending on cook's schedule & available ingredients

Q: Do you accept COD?
A: Full pre-payment is required. Strictly no payment, no order confirmation, no slot reservation, no cancellation. 

Q: Is there a cut off time for cooked orders?
A: Yes, cook's cut off time is 2pm (payment). We close at 6pm.

Q: Do you offer PALUTO Service for your other frozen products that are not in this menu?
A: Yes, there will just be a paluto service of 50-100 PER ULAM depending on the viand for the cook’s service, packaging, miscellaneous  ingredients, etc.
