HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We do same day delivery. Delivery time will depend on several factors

Please take note that we have to consider the following:

         - The waiting time in booking

         - The travel time of rider from his original location to pick up location (Pasig)

         - Then travel time from our location (Pasig) to yours PLUS traffic

         - High demand for couriers due to holidays, bad weather, etc.

However, we process orders as fast as we can on a first come first payment first served basis as we wish for our customers to receive their orders as quickly as
possible.

 

WHAT'S THE CUT OFF TIME FOR DAILY ORDERS?

         - We offer Same Day Delivery. Cut off time: 5:00pm

         - Next Day delivery for orders placed after 5:00pm

         - Open DAILY from 9am to 6pm (Sunday - Saturday)

 

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS IN ADVANCE?

Yes. We accommodate advance orders and may fulfill or dispatch on your desired date and time.

Simply add your special instruction on the NOTES field of your order with the target delivery or pick up time or send us a message via chat (FB/IG/Website) for your special requests / instructions with the order number.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES?

Orders cannot be canceled for instances below:

         - Once order is booked for delivery

         - Once order is dispatched or picked up by courier

         - Delivery driver is on the way.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order the day the order is placed as we process orders for same day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm cut-off time will be processed the next day.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

We do offer FREE DELIVERY DAILY WITHIN Metro Manila AND RIZAL for a minimum order of ₱3500 for orders placed via our WEBSITE.
