Kindly check your order immediately upon delivery for any quality issues and report any concerns via our Facebook or Instagram page within 24-48 hours.

We usually do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges for issues on fresh / frozen products / perishables that are not our fault.

We do quality assurance check, provide and keep photos of the products and packaging before dispatching for proper documentation and for your reference and upon handing over of the order to same day delivery couriers to ensure quality and smooth delivery of your orders.
