How to Cook:
Microwave
Heat from frozen.
Transfer Vega Meat-Free Adobo Flakes in a microwavable container.
Cook uncovered on high setting for 3-4 minutes. You can add 1 to 2 minutes for a drier tapa.
Stir and serve at once.
Stove Top
Heat from frozen.
Heat 3 Tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pan-fry Veega Meat-Free Adobo Flakes for 3-4 minutes. (Add cooking time for drier and crispier texture of Veega Meat-Free Tapa).
Serve while hot.
Air Fryer
Thaw Veega Meat-Free Adobo Flakes in refrigerator.
Pre-heat air fryer at 200? for 10 minutes.
Once preheated, lower temperature to 180?.
Arrange Veega Meat-Free Adobo Flakes uniformly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes. 5.Serve while hot.
