How to cook or prepare: On medium fire, heat for 5- 8 minutes until hot, add oil as needed.
May also heat using a microwave oven on medium setting for 2-3 minutes until hot.
Shelf life: Up to 6 months from production date. May vary depending on the best before date of stocks on hand.
