A vegan version of bistek, with veggie meat marinated in soy sauce, calamansi, and garlic, then cooked to perfection with onions and bay leaves.
Ingredients: Salt, Pepper, Veggie Meat, Soy Sauce, Calamansi, Vegan Patis, Garlic, Onions, Veg Oil, Bay leaves
Stove: On medium fire, heat for 5-8 minutes until thoroughly hot, add oil or water as needed.
Microwave: Reheat on medium setting for 2-3 minutes until hot.
Shelf life: Depending on best before date of stocks on hand.
