Simply add our Paluto Service to your order and we'll prepare it fresh for you.

Paluto Service Fee
Php150 PER frozen product pack/order
The Paluto Service Fee covers:
* Cooking service
* Food-grade packaging materials
* Electricity and utilities
* Condiments and seasonings (if applicable)
* Garnishing  (if applicable)
*  Other necessary materials and preparation costs for the cooking service

 How to Order
1. Choose the frozen product(s) you wish to receive cooked and ready to eat.
2. Add the corresponding Paluto Service Fee (Php150) to your cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout.
4. Indicate your preferred delivery date and time and the frozen product you selected for the Paluto in the Notes field during checkout OR send us a message via Facebook or Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber or Email.

Important Notes
* All Paluto orders require at least one (1) day pre-order.
* Same-day Paluto requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the Cook's availability, existing pre-orders, and approval.
* One (1) Paluto Service Fee is required for every one (1) frozen product pack.
* If ordering two (2) packs of the same frozen product, two (2) Paluto Service Fees are required.
* If ordering two (2) different frozen products, two (2) separate Paluto Service Fees are also required.
* Paluto Service is available only for eligible frozen products offered in Vegan Treats Manila website.
* Delivery fees are separate from the Paluto Service Fee
* Value of the Frozen products ordered with Paluto Service are eligible for our Free Delivery Order (FDO) Promo.
* The value of the frozen product(s) ordered may be counted toward the minimum order requirement (currently Php1,800) for the FDO Promo.
* However, the Paluto Service Fee (Php150 per pack) is a service charge only and is NOT counted toward the minimum order value Php1800 required to qualify for the Free Delivery Order Promo.
