How to Cook:
Microwave
Transfer Vega Meat-Free Tapa in a microwavable container.

Stove Top
Heat from frozen.
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pan-fry Veega Meat-Free Tapa for 3-4 minutes. (Add cooking time for drier and crispier texture of Veega Meat-Free Tapa).
Serve while hot.
Air Fryer
Thaw Veega Meat-Free Tapa in refrigerator.
Pre-heat air fryer at 200? for 10 minutes.
Once preheated, lower temperature to 180?.
Arrange Veega Meat-Free Tapa uniformly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
