HOW TO HEAT YOUR VEGAN JAPCHAE
Keep frozen until ready to heat. No need to thaw completely before reheating.
OPTION 1: MICROWAVE OVEN
* Remove the tub from the freezer.
* Slightly loosen the lid or remove it completely before heating. Never microwave a tightly sealed container.
* Microwave on HIGH for 3–5 minutes, depending on your microwave's wattage.
* Carefully remove the tub, stir the japchae to distribute the heat evenly, and check if heated through.
* If needed, microwave for another 1–2 minutes until thoroughly hot.
OPTION 2: PAN HEATING
* Remove the frozen japchae from its tub and transfer it to a non-stick pan.
* Add 2–3 tablespoons of water or sesame oil to help loosen the noodles and prevent sticking.
* Cover and heat over LOW to MEDIUM heat for approximately 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Once the noodles have softened and are heated through, remove from heat and serve.
SERVING TIPS:
* Best enjoyed hot and freshly reheated.
